How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

People who contact Catsworldrescue Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How your call or message to Catsworldrescue Concrete went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. To be clear, Catsworldrescue Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@catsworldrescue.bond and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help when a licensed provider is involved.
